"Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire."
The Glen View Club Scholarship Foundation launched in 1997 to commemorate the Club's 100th year. Since then it has made more than 860 grants totaling more than $4,400,000 to Club caddies and staff to help them pay for their post-secondary education. It is the members' way of helping the young men and women who deliver the Glen View experience get an education and a chance at a choice-filled future.
Be part of something special.

Their education is our goal.
Our Scholars are enrolled in colleges and universities across the country and, in two cases in 2021-22, across the Atlantic. They have wonderful stories to tell about their dreams and how college educations will propel them to their goals. Four of the 62 students who earned scholarship grants in the summer of 2021 tell their stories here, including Hogan (r.), a first-year at UIC Law School.

Their success is our reward.
Giving for education is in Glen View members' DNA. Their tuition award program has delivered more than 860 grants totaling $4.4 million since 1997. But what really makes it special is the personal interest members take in caddies and staff who earn scholarships, and the time they give to help recipients on their journey to success. Stephanie (l.) is on the wait staff and is a senior engineering student at the University of Illinois.
